The ISBC Foundation is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable community. As an extension of the Illinois State Black Chamber of Commerce, the largest Black trade organization in Illinois, the ISBC Foundation is committed to empowering Black, minority, women, veteran, and small owned businesses throughout the state. We provide innovative training, financial education, and access to essential resources to help these businesses thrive and grow. This support creates opportunities for economic development and fosters a supportive community for businesses and entrepreneurs. Our commitment to diversity and equity ensures that we actively welcome, connect, and value every member of our community, promoting a culture of respect and mutual support.

Summary of Intended Project to be Funded

The Inclusive Growth Initiative will provide a comprehensive suite of services designed to help minority and small owned businesses build capacity and achieve success. This program aims to equip businesses with the tools and resources needed to thrive and compete effectively in the competitive market.
